Had to replace my radiator about 2 years ago- it was leaking - never should have had this repair because a radiator should last the life of the car ( 6 years at that time). No holes, punctures just leaking where it was joined- replaced radiator and hose but reused original clamp. Now 2 years later the clamp came loose and had to service for over $200 after the original repair was over $2000. Until this experience, I had never dealt with Range Rover of New Haven. I must say, it is now my go-to dealership. I have had my Jaguar serviced twice during the past few years and quality of service has been excellent. Dom managed the service both times and he is a real professional.


Overall, my experience here was great! I was able to buy a dream car of mine at a great price from their preowned inventory and there was full transparency with almost everything about the car. My salesman was very communicative and the purchasing process was a breeze.
Now, for my one critique. I had to contact the dealership maybe 7 times in order to get copies of paperwork that I had unfortunately misplaced. I understand that it is the holidays and times are busy but 7 times just doesn’t feel right.

Sierra in service is great. North Haven location makes it easy to transact with and offers quality services. I would not buy or service a JLR product anywhere else.

They took the time to assess, undo, and correct the damage to our vehicle with patients and expertise. The customer service is amazing, very personal! A disgraceful performance by your alleged “Service” team, who gouged me outrageously for a stupid belt replacement. How do I know that? Because both my warranty company AND Jaguar of Boston (where I’d JUST bought my F-Pace) told me that Jag of NH screwed me royally. Shame on you xxxxxxxx: I WILL be reporting you to the regional Sales director of Jaguar. You richly deserve to be out of business — and I’ll be happy to give you a push…!

Great experience overall. The staff were friendly and attentive to my needs and made sure we had a comparable loaner while my car was being worked on (4 weeks). The only issue is that my repair paperwork stated that my fluids were check and were all ok; however, within a few days I get a “coolant low” warning on the dash of my I-Pace. I check it out and the reservoir was almost completely empty. Great service otherwise.

I think your price on parts are a little high. $475 for a key fob and then $128 for the key in it is crazy to me. $1500 bill for two keys is nuts.

I came in for a front end issue. I had no appointment as I was just traveling through, but they were able to get me in right away. The tech, Aristotle, was fantastic. He took time to show me exactly what the issue was and he spent time getting everything right. Unfortunately, I needed a part they didn’t have in stock, but even so he made it better than before I came into the shop and told me exactly what I needed to get my Rover back to 100%. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I Highly recommend this dealer.
