Great dealer...however, they, like us, are at the mercy of a very non responsive corporate Land Rover. Specifically, there is an open recall for a potential failure chip failure (causes total electrical failure and your vehicle is undrivable) with no solution forthcoming. Land Rover is staffing it. FWIW...

Test drove new car and requested that wind noise be looked into before I picked up the car. I was told it was looked into and it was the sunroof. Within 30 seconds of driving off the lot, I knew the issue was not addressed. Scheduled a service call to have it looked into ( is a 45 minute drive each way so every visit is 2 hrs min). My experience was way above expectations with Nick Latella, he was very professional in my purchase of a vehicle above six figures value. I felt special in my entire experience and he was knowledgeable on the product, customer focused, and worked efficiently throughout the transaction. Amanda is very helpful and helping me address my concerns but ultimately she works for the dealership which determine the price of items returning a loyal customer should be getting better rates than they are currently receiving for the services that they are requesting example cost to get replacement keys for vehicle is too expensive.
