Test drove new car and requested that wind noise be looked into before I picked up the car. I was told it was looked into and it was the sunroof. Within 30 seconds of driving off the lot, I knew the issue was not addressed. Scheduled a service call to have it looked into ( is a 45 minute drive each way so every visit is 2 hrs min). My experience was way above expectations with Nick Latella, he was very professional in my purchase of a vehicle above six figures value. Amanda is very helpful and helping me address my concerns but ultimately she works for the dealership which determine the price of items returning a loyal customer should be getting better rates than they are currently receiving for the services that they are requesting example cost to get replacement keys for vehicle is too expensive. I recently bought a brand new defender wiht jlr north haven. I’ve owned three other land rovers and always brought them here for service. I worked with robert as the sales person. He was absolutely incredible! From the test drive, build, shipping and delivery. He provided me with recommendations to update the car and was always ready to answer my call or text. I was checked in immediately, then pointed to the customer lounge. It was clean, comfortable and inviting, but you should offer better snacks. The length of time I had to wait was equivalent, I guess, to the work that was done. I wish the software update was explained to me so I’d know what to expect.
