Test drove new car and requested that wind noise be
Test drove new car and requested that wind noise be looked into before I picked up the car. I was told it was looked into and it was the sunroof. Within 30 seconds of driving off the lot, I knew the issue was not addressed. Scheduled a service call to have it looked into ( is a 45 minute drive each way so every visit is 2 hrs min). I was told it would require parts to fix and schedule an appt. Dropped off car and next day was told that you were waiting for parts ( not sure why I dropped off the car). Two days later I called and was told that additional parts were needed ( I am not sure the car was looked at and now that it finally was the real problem was understood. ) I have had the car a month and have been dealing with this form the DAY BEFORE I BOUGHT IT. My experience is a 1. If there is another issue with this car I will car Land Rover NA and request a new one. I have purchased 6 cars from Land Rover guilford ( now executive auto). I expect a lot more for a 114,000 purchase. I expect you will take care of me in someway

Amanda is very helpful and helping me address my concerns but ultimately she works for the dealership which determine the price of items returning a loyal customer should be getting better rates than they are currently receiving for the services that they are requesting example cost to get replacement keys for vehicle is too expensive. I do love the videos showing what’s going on with the vehicle, but I would prefer to get a little bit more honesty from all personnel. He goes a long way. There are people that knows about cars and their people that don’t and I would appreciate a lot more honesty that I’ve been receiving.

I have owned Range Rovers for over 10 years. My first purchase experience with this dealer was a year ago. I wish I had stated my LR journey with them. Rob and the entire sales staff fantastic.
